Personal Hotmail and Gmail accounts are blocked unless explicitly approved.

These parking conditions are in place to ensure bays remain available for genuine users — such as visitors, customers, residents or staff.

What You Need To Know.

Please read carefully before submitting an appeal or following up on a notice. These rules apply to every notice we issue, regardless of site or circumstance.

Appeals MUST be submitted via the official appeals form. We do not accept appeals via phone to ensure all submissions are properly documented and handled in accordance with our compliance procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
Please allow up to 7 business days for a decision. Follow-ups within this period will not be responded to unless new information is provided.
Non-Compliance Notices are issued based on site signage, photographic evidence and enforcement protocols aligned with private property regulations.
All appeal outcomes are final. Once reviewed and decided, further appeals will not be considered unless new evidence is submitted.

QR Visitor Platforms

Drivers must register their visit by scanning the QR code displayed onsite and following the process outlined.

Digital Permit Systems

Vehicles must be linked to an approved permit to be authorised to park.

Method 04

Towing

Where authorised, vehicles in breach may be removed in line with site-specific terms and conditions, and relevant state-based towing regulations.
